Our food introduces the palate to an eclectic mix of non-traditional plates from an array of culinary and cultural backgrounds. We specialize in the garde manger process of charcuterie that features meats from all over the world, including Italy, Spain and here in the states. Our chefs also incorporate fresh and local ingredients that support local businesses. We offer gluten free and vegetarian options to suit and delight any guest.
